The university library is open for onsite visits. Non-UP users are highly encouraged to make an appointment in advance.
This allows us to:
- reserve your slot
- ensure that needed research materials are accessible
- recommend related materials
Slots are limited, as the library can only accommodate a number of researchers at a time.
Operating hours
- Non-UP users are accomodated Tuesday to Thursday: 8AM – 5PM
- The library follows the ‘No Noon Break Policy’
- Closed on Sundays, and holidays
- Inclement weather may also affect library hours

- To make the most of your visit, browse our online catalog and note the materials you wish to access.
- Attach the list when submitting the booking form.
Access to collections
- For non-members, library materials are for room use only and may not be taken out of the premises.
- Materials may be freely accessed, but must be returned at the control desk after use.
Booking procedures
- Fill out the seat reservation form.
- Booking requests will be acknowledged and confirmed via email.
