All non-members of the UP System may take advantage of the University Library resources within the library premises subject to the rules and regulations governing their use.
Specific guidelines:
- Alumni, former faculty members and students honorably discharged from the University
- Library materials are for room use only.
- Alumni, former faculty members and students honorably discharged from the University may be allowed to use the library for five (5) days for free per semester.
- Beyond five (5) days, the research fee shall be assessed (refer to Schedule of Fines and Fees)
- Students from other schools
- Library materials are for room use only.
- Research fee shall be assessed.
- Payment grants one-day library access.
- Government agency researchers
- Library materials are for room use only.
- May be allowed to use the library for five (5) days for free per semester.
- Beyond five (5) days, the research fee shall be assessed (refer to Schedule of Fines and Fees)
- Private researchers
- Library materials are for room use only.
- Research fee shall be assessed.
